Direct Trades Supply Shipping policy

Delivery of goods are provided on three different levels. 

SV - Small Van, courier service.
VF - Flat top truck, up to 1 tonne.
LV - Large truck, up to 5 tonnes.

Delivery charges are calculated by customer's location and are set by Action Couriers.  Delivery charges are applied at checkout and it is the customer's responsibility to provide correct billing information.  Any extra charges that exceed the quoted priced will be charge back to the customer.

DTS will not replace, refund or credit, if items are damaged or lost in transit.  If insurance is required for goods please contact our sales staff for prices.

DTS will not honour any mistakes that appear on the Direct Trades Supply website.  If any discrepancy is noticed DTS will contact the customer immediately.

We aim to despatch orders from our premises within 2-3 working days. We will contact you immediately if any problems arise for delivery.

Tracking information for your order can be obtained on request, contact our sales staff for online tracking details.  We advise attendance at shipping address to take deliveries,  large items will not be left unless signed for.

All products are available for pickup and inspection at Direct Trades Supply, 123 Kelvin Road, MADDINGTON WA, 6109.  Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5:30 and Saturday 7:30 -12:00.

We are dedicated to protecting your personal and credit card information.  Our online shopping system intergrates with Bendigo Payment Gateway system, a highly secure online payment gateway with MasterCard Internet Gateway Service.  Credit card details are NOT stored by our website all details are processed by the MasterCard Gateway service.  We will continue to provide the best protection for your personal information and security.
